Who We Are


BIPS provides ethical and effective services to improve quality of life for people with learning or behavioral challenges--empowering these individuals, their families, and others who support them.

We are a premier practice which provides top-level training to all its employees, enabling them to bring out their highest potential and abilities in our field.

What We Do


On the most basic level, services we provide are:
• Assessment / Treatment Planning
• Direct ABA Services (Home Based Instruction), including Supervision
• Parent Training
• Social Skills Groups

Applied Behavior Analysis: in our Center Based Program; at your home; at school; or a combination (depending on each individual's needs and circumstances)

Social Skills

Run by certified PEERS trainers, our groups offer evidence-based social skills interventions. Children and parents of those children attend concurrent classes, guided by professionals. Classes run for either 12 or 14 consecutive weeks, depending on the age group.

Dr Kimberly Shamoun is the ACE Coordinator for the company.

Our Team

Our employees all have training and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Our NYS Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA, BCBA) provide supervision and intensive training. Many of our paraprofessionals are completing coursework and experience hours towards licensure in ABA. All employees undergo Registered Behavior Technician education and training.
